STE Student Information Forms

If you are a new or returning student to St. Elmo Center for the Gifted you will need to complete these forms so that we can have the most up to date contact information on each student. If you have any questions about the forms please call the school office at 706-748-3115 . 

Once you have completed the forms they will need to printed out and turned in to the front office.
